Common use of Floor Loading Capacity Clause in Contracts

Floor Loading Capacity. Tenant may, at Tenant’s sole expense, subject to Landlord’s prior consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and the requirements of this Lease, reasonably reinforce the floor loading capacity of the Premises, so long as the reinforcement is entirely within the Premises. If Tenant does so with Landlord’s consent, Tenant shall not be required to return the reinforced areas to their original condition.
