Common use of Floorplanning Clause in Contracts

Floorplanning. The Loan Parties shall not, nor will they permit any of their Subsidiaries to, enter into any floorplanning arrangements with respect to the Inventory of any Borrower which involves the granting of a Lien on any Collateral unless the floorplan provider has entered into an intercreditor agreement with the Administrative Agent on terms and conditions satisfactory to Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion.
