FLORIDA PREPAID COLLEGE PROGRAM FOR HOUSING. If the Student has or is a beneficiary of a Florida Prepaid College Program (FPCP) housing plan, UCF DHRL can bill the FPCP housing plan to cover most prepayments and rental amounts. However, the Student is hereby notified that: A. It is the Student’s sole responsibility to provide complete and accurate FPCP account information to UCF DHRL far B. FPCP housing plans will pay only the cost of a standard air-conditioned double room. If the Student elects to live in a room type that costs more than what is covered by FPCP housing plan, then the Student shall be responsible for any housing rents or assessments not covered by the FPCP housing plan. Housing rents or assessments not covered by FPCP are due on or before the due dates shown on the Housing Agreement: Cancellation Fees and Important Dates Schedule. C. If the Student requests cancellation of this agreement, UCF DHRL shall charge appropriate cancellation assessments as shown on the Housing Agreement - Rate and Date Schedule: Cancellation Fees and Important Dates Schedule. Cancellation assessments are not covered by the FPCP housing plan, and shall be the responsibility of the Student. D. Other housing assessments, such as lost key charges or cleaning charges, are not covered by the FPCP housing plan, and are the responsibility of the Student.
