Flow Accumulation Algorithm. The second important decision to make is the flow accumulation algorithm. In the software used for this project, SagaGIS, there are eleven algorithms available. The most common algorithm, Deterministic-8, or D8, is widely available in many different software packages, is commonly used, and is fast, but is known to have limitations. All flow entering a cell can only leave the cell in one direction, which is problematic in flatter areas where flow would disperse. This often results in channel braiding. More complex flow accumulation algorithms exist, allowing for flow in multiple directions from each cell, and that handle both accumulation and dispersion of flow across a DEM, but these are often less widely available, and have large increases in processing time. The most sophisticated of these would require processing on high-end computing hardware or require a large amount of processing time in order to model flow accumulation statewide or over large areas. One of the most common of this type of algorithm is called Digital Elevation Model Networks or DEMON (Xxxxx-Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx, 1994). Final processing was performed using the DEMON algorithm. The processing for this single watershed took several days on a very high power desktop computer.

  • Maximum Accumulation Maximum accumulation amounts apply only to the amount of annual leave that may be carried over from one leave year to the next, and do not limit accumulated leave balances during the leave year.

  • Vacation Accumulation (a) Vacations are not cumulative from year to year.

  • Sick Leave Accumulation a. All unused days of sick leave at full pay for all employees, shall accumulate to a maximum of two hundred ten (210) days. Such sick leave benefits so accrued will be usable after the annual full days allowed, and prior to any half pay benefits.

  • Rate of Accumulation Full-time employees shall earn cumulative sick leave at the rate of 1.25 days per month during each calendar year to a maximum of seventy-five (75) days in total. Regular part-time employees will earn sick leave on a prorated basis.

  • Accumulation Vacation time shall be earned and accumulated on a monthly basis in accordance with the following schedules:

  • Notification of Accumulation Employees shall be given a written accounting of accumulated sick leave days no later than June 30 of each school year.

  • Seniority Accumulation (a) (i) Part-time employees shall have their seniority expressed on the basis of number of hours worked in the bargaining unit. (The foregoing is for clarity only and therefore does not modify an employee’s level of seniority under this collective agreement or previous collective agreements.)

  • Distribution Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.

  • Distribution of UDP and TCP queries DNS probes will send UDP or TCP “DNS test” approximating the distribution of these queries.

  • Reducing Text Messaging While Driving Pursuant to Executive Order 13513, 74 FR 51225 (Oct. 6, 2009), Recipient should encourage its employees, subrecipients, and contractors to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging while driving, and Recipient should establish workplace safety policies to decrease accidents caused by distracted drivers.
