Fluxica grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited, revocable license to Use the Peregrine Program in accordance with this EULA. Fluxica reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is and remains the owner of any intellectual property rights with respect to the Peregrine Program. You shall not acquire any ownership to the Peregrine Program as result of Your purchase of the License Key or Your Use of the Peregrine Program. In order to be able to install the Peregrine Program, Your computer shall meet the system requirements described on the ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇ web page. You shall Use the Peregrine Program on one computer only, unless You have purchased more than one Node license. In the event You have purchased more than one Node license, the number of computers You may Use the Peregrine Program on shall not exceed the num- ber of Nodes expressed in the Peregrine Program License. If You exceed the Nodes limit, You are violating this ▇▇▇▇. You shall Use the Peregrine Program in accordance with applicable laws and shall not: Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the License Key. Assign the License Key without prior written approval of Fluxica. Use the Peregrine Program for any unlawful or illegal activity, or to facilitate an unlawful or illegal activity. Delete or alter any disclaimers, warnings, copyright or other proprietary notices ac- companying the Peregrine Program. Copy (except as otherwise provided in this ▇▇▇▇), adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify or create derivative works of the Peregrine Program and the License Key or any parts thereof, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. Fluxica may modify the Peregrine Program at any time at its sole discretion and without notice to You. These modifications are not part of Your copy of the program. Any mainte- ▇▇▇▇▇ and support provided by Fluxica will be provided in an adequate way on an ”as is” basis without any warranty, as soon as reasonably practicable. Fluxica may collect and use technical and related data concerning the Peregrine Program You have licensed. This data concerns the version number of the Peregrine Program you have installed and the data necessary to provide the License Key.
