FMQ (Firm Maximum Quantity). (a) Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the maximum quantity of Shippers Pipeline Liquids that may be tendered for delivery at the Transfer Point on any Day during the relevant Quarter of the Contract Year in question (the “FMQ”), shall be as set out in Exhibit IV Part A as the same may be amended in accordance with the provisions of Clause 4.3.
