Common use of Foggy Bottom Campus Clause in Contracts

Foggy Bottom Campus. In accordance with this policy and pursuant to DC Zoning Commission Order 06-11/06- 12, all First-Year and Second-Year students are specifically prohibited from bringing vehicles and parking them in the Foggy Bottom/West End Area, except in exceptional circumstances. The Foggy Bottom/West End Area is bounded by 00xx Xxxxxx XX to the east, Constitution Avenue NW to the south, Rock Creek Park to the west, and N Street NW to the north. Exceptional circumstances may include, for example, transportation needs related to a disability or health condition of Student or member of his/her family. A First-Year or Second-Year Student seeking an exception due to exceptional circumstances must submit the request to GW Transportation and Parking Services by completing the Parking Requirement Exemption Request form. Any exemptions granted by GW Transportation and Parking Services will be done in consultation with the Division of Operations. If an exception is granted, the vehicle must be parked in a University parking facility.
