Common use of Following Completion, Prudential Clause in Contracts

Following Completion, Prudential. and Xxxxxxx each undertake to co-operate and use, and to procure that each Group Company shall use, reasonable endeavours to obtain or renew (as the case may be) any regulatory approvals or consents required in respect of any disposal, sale or transfer of Xxxxxxx Shares by any Prudential Group Company in connection with the Demerger Dividend, including without limitation promptly making all necessary applications, notifications, submissions and filings required, promptly informing the other of the status thereof.
