Following Receipt of Billing. Upon receipt of a properly prepared bill from Consultant, submitted to the City as indicated in Exhibit A, Paragraph 17, but in no event more frequently than monthly, on the day of the period indicated in Exhibit A, Paragraph 17, City shall compensate Consultant for all services rendered by Consultant according to the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit A, Paragraph 10, adjacent to the governing compensation relationship indicated by a "checkmark" next to the appropriate arrangement, subject to the requirements for retention set forth in Paragraph 18 of Exhibit A, and shall compensate Consultant for out of pocket expenses as provided in Exhibit A, Paragraph 11.
