Following Sale of Minimum Offering. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Escrow Agreement, at any time after Units representing the Minimum Offering have been sold (and the corresponding Escrow Funds disbursed in accordance with this Escrow Agreement), Company and Agent, by two (2) days’ prior written notice to Escrow Agent, may terminate this Escrow Agreement. Any Escrow Funds remaining at the time of termination of this Escrow Agreement shall be disbursed in accordance with Section 4 hereof.
