Common use of Following Termination of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Following Termination of Agreement. Subject to this Article 10 and without otherwise restricting the fiduciary obligations imposed upon, or otherwise applicable to the Executive as a result of the Executive having been a senior officer and key employee, the Executive shall not be prohibited from obtaining employment with or otherwise forming or participating in a business competitive to the business of the Company after the termination of this Agreement and the Executive’s employment hereunder.

Following Termination of Agreement. Subject to this Article 10 provision and without otherwise restricting the fiduciary obligations imposed upon, or otherwise applicable to the Executive as a result of the Executive having been a senior officer and key employeeemployee of the Company, the Executive shall not be prohibited from obtaining employment with or otherwise forming or participating in a business competitive to the business of the Company after the termination of this Agreement and the Executive’s employment hereunderwith the Company.

Following Termination of Agreement. Subject to this Article 10 provision and without otherwise restricting the fiduciary obligations imposed upon, or otherwise applicable to the Executive as a result of the Executive having been a senior officer and key employeeemployee of the Partnership, the Executive shall not be prohibited from obtaining employment with or otherwise forming or participating in a business competitive to the business of the Company Gran Tierra and its Member Companies after the termination of this Agreement and the Executive’s employment hereunderwith the Partnership.
