Common use of Food security Clause in Contracts

Food security. Where the implementation of this Agreement leads to difficulties regarding the availability of, or access to, foodstuffs necessary to ensure food security, and where this situation gives rise to or is likely to give rise to major difficulties for Côte d'Ivoire, the latter may take appropriate measures in accordance with the procedures laid down in Article 25.
