Common use of FOODIA’S PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

FOODIA’S PROPERTY. The Buyer acknowledge the intellectual property rights of FOODIA to the Platform, its components and the contents thereof, and waive the right to contest these rights in any form whatsoever. They are the exclusive intellectual property of the FOODIA and/or its partners and may not be reproduced, used or represented without the express authorization of the FOODIA, under penalty of legal action. Acceptance of this GCU by the Buyer and the Professional does not give them any right to the intellectual property rights or know-how owned by FOODIA.
