Football West Grants the Club the Right to Participate. Subject to clause 2 and this clause 3 (including clause 3.2), Football West grants the Club the right to participate in Football West Competitions. The Club acknowledges and agrees that the rights granted under this Agreement are for the term of this Agreement only and are personal, non-assignable and non-transferable.
