Common use of For all Services Clause in Contracts

For all Services. with a prepaid yearly term contract including the Starter Web Hosting Plan, you may terminate the Agreement for convenience with a thirty (30) days advance written notice before the end of the Term. However, if the written notice is received after this required thirty (30) days but before the end of the Term, SherWeb may charge You a fee of $15.00 to proceed with the cancellation.
