Common use of FOR CAUSE BY THE EMPLOYEE Clause in Contracts

FOR CAUSE BY THE EMPLOYEE. If the Company materially violates any term of this Agreement and such failure is not remedied upon twenty (20) days prior written notice, or if Employee is removed from the Company's board of directors other than for Cause, Employee may terminate this Agreement immediately upon a confirming written notice to the Company. Such termination is a termination for Cause by Employee.
