Common use of FOR CAUSE OR BY THE EXECUTIVE Clause in Contracts

FOR CAUSE OR BY THE EXECUTIVE. In the event that the Company terminates the employment of the Executive pursuant to Section 3.2(a) for Cause or the Executive terminates his employment pursuant to Section 3.2(d)(iii), the Executive shall be entitled to receive an amount equal to previously earned but unpaid salary or bonuses through the effective date of such termination, as well as salary in lieu of accrued and unused vacation, entertainment expenses in accordance with Company policies, and reimbursable employee plan benefits.
