For Cause; Other Than for Good Reason. If Executive’s employment is terminated for Cause or if Executive voluntarily terminates Executive’s employment other than for Good Reason, this Agreement shall terminate without any further obligation of Employer to Executive other than the payment to Executive of the Accrued Obligations.
