FOR CAUSE TERMINATIONS. Despite anything to the contrary in this Plan, if the Committee in good faith determines that a Participant has caused or incurred a Termination of Employment for Cause, then such Participant's Company Discretionary Account and such Participant's Company Matching Account (including both vested and unvested balances thereof) automatically shall be forfeited in their entirety, subject to compliance with all applicable laws.
