A copy of the tasking notice will be sent to the (reporting) Contractor and collection shall be effected within 10 working days of such notification. In the event that the collecting contractor fails to accept the task or collect, without prior agreement, within the stated period, the Contractor shall be permitted to sell the goods if they so choose.
