For each local Interconnection. within an AT&T-21STATE area, CLEC shall provide written notice to AT&T- 21STATE of the need to establish Interconnection in each local Exchange Area (AT&T SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE) or LATA (AT&T MIDWEST REGION 5-STATE, AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9- STATE and AT&T WEST REGION 2-STATE).
