For Good Reason; or. 7.3.2. For any other reason or no reason, it being understood that no reason is required. Such termination by the Executive shall be effected by delivery by the Executive to the Company of a written notice of termination, specifying the Date of Termination and stating in the case of termination for Good Reason, the grounds which the Executive has determined exist for such termination, and shall be subject to the requirements for advance notice and opportunity to cure provided in this Agreement, if and to the extent applicable.
