Common use of For Goods Clause in Contracts

For Goods. Seller warrants that on the date of delivery, the goods shall conform to the latest samples, drawings, or specifications as agreed to by ▇▇▇▇▇ and Seller in connection with the sale of such goods. Seller's warranty shall extend for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of shipment.
