For Individual Investors Only. A person who has an individual net worth, or combined net worth (with his or her spouse) who has, in excess of $1,000,000. For purposes of this question, “net worth” means the excess of total assets at fair market value. The fair market value of my primary residence and the indebtedness on mortgages or deeds of trust related to such residence shall be excluded unless the indebtedness exceeds the fair market value.
