For Monday to Friday except a Public Holiday, the Employee shall receive and one and a half (Tx1.5) the ordinary rate of pay for the first two (2) hours and double (Tx2.0) the ordinary rate of pay thereafter with a minimum payment equivalent to one and a half hours at the Ordinary Time Rate;
