For Non-Appropriation of Funds. The Customer shall not be obligated for payments hereunder for any future fiscal year unless or until the Customer appropriates funds for this Agreement in Customer’s budget for that fiscal year. In the event that funds are not appropriated, then this Agreement may be terminated by the Customer as the end of the last fiscal year for which funds were appropriated.
