For-Sale Component. (1) As an alternative to the basic requirement of Municipal Code Section 18.155.030(a) for for-sale residential projects, Municipal Code Chapter 18.155 allows Developer to satisfy the affordable housing requirement by dedicating, without cost to City, property within or contiguous to a proposed residential project sufficient to accommodate at least the affordable units required for the project. Developer will satisfy the affordable housing requirements of Municipal Code Section 18.
