Common use of For Supply of Coal by road/ ropeways/MGR/belt conveyor Clause in Contracts

For Supply of Coal by road/ ropeways/MGR/belt conveyor. (i) The quantity of Coal notsupplied by theSeller owing toPurchaser’s failure topay and/or submit IRLC, as applicable, in accordance with Clause 11.1.2. (ii) The quantity of Coal not supplied by the Seller owing to Seller exercising the right of suspension of supplies in terms of Clause 14. (iii) The quantity of Coal not supplied by the Seller owing to Purchaser’s failure to place the requisite number / type of transport at the Delivery Point for delivery of Coal within the validity period of the sale order/delivery order. (iv) The quantity of Coal not supplied by the Seller owing to Coal from alternative source in terms of Clause 3.3 not accepted by the Purchaser.

For Supply of Coal by road/ ropeways/MGR/belt conveyor. (i) The quantity of Coal notsupplied not supplied by theSeller the Seller owing toPurchaserto Purchaser’s failure topay to pay and/or submit IRLC, as applicable, in accordance with Clause 11.1.212.1.2. (ii) The quantity of Coal not supplied by the Seller owing to Seller exercising the right of suspension of supplies in terms of Clause 14. (iii) The quantity of Coal not supplied by the Seller owing to Purchaser’s failure to place the requisite number / type of transport at the Delivery Point for delivery of Coal within the validity period of the sale order/delivery order. (iv) The quantity of Coal not supplied offered by the Seller owing to Coal from alternative source domestic and/or imported coal in terms of Clause 3.3 4.3.1 and 4.3.2 not accepted by the Purchaser.

(iiic) The quantity of Coal not supplied by the Seller owing to the Purchaser’s failure to place the requisite number / number/type of transport at the Delivery Point for delivery of Coal within the validity period of the sale order/delivery order. (ivd) The quantity of Coal not supplied offered by the Seller owing to Coal from alternative source in terms of Clause 3.3 4.3 not accepted by the Purchaser.

(iiic) The quantity of Coal not supplied by the Seller owing to Purchaser’s the Purchaser‟s failure to place the requisite number / number/type of transport at the Delivery Point for delivery of Coal within the validity period of the sale order/delivery order. (ivd) The quantity of Coal not supplied offered by the Seller owing to Coal from alternative source in terms of Clause 3.3 4.3 not accepted by the Purchaser.
