For the Wholesale. Switch Port, recurring charges apply to the switch port, switch based vertical features, End Office Switching, Tandem Switching and Common Transport pricing elements. Nonrecurring charges apply to the switch port.

In the scenario of a line provisioned at a QuickServe location, only the first line shall incur the conversion rate. Any additional lines or subsequently ordered lines shall incur new installation first and additional nonrecurring charges.
