Forbearance Not a Waiver. No act of forbearance or failure to insist on the prompt performance of the obligations pursuant to this Agreement, either expressed or implied, shall be construed as a waiver of any rights hereunder. In the event that any provision of this Agreement should be breached and the breach may thereafter be waived, such waiver shall be limited to the particular breach waived and shall not be deemed to waive any other breach.
