Forbearance Request by Borrowers. Borrowers have requested that the Lenders forbear until December 31, 2002 from exercising their rights and remedies arising as a result of the occurrence of the Specified Defaults. The Lenders are willing to grant such forbearance subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
