Forbidden Activities. You are strictly forbidden from the following: • Causing damage to the Course website or private membership site • Using the Course website or private membership site for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity • Using the Course website or private membership site to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any spyware, virus, worm, Trojan horse, keystroke logger or other malicious software • Using the Course website or private membership site to transmit, send or deliver unsolicited communications or for other marketing or advertising purposes • Systematically or automatically collecting data from the Course website or private membership site • Sharing private, copyrighted and proprietary information from the Course with anyone else or otherwise sharing your username and/or password The Course does not include individual coaching, it is a self-study course. Participating in any group calls or Course does not create an individual coaching relationship. Every term and condition of this Agreement equally applies to any activities in the private Facebook group created for members of the Course (the “Group”). The Group is a complimentary bonus and subject to Facebook terms and conditions. Coach does not have authority or control over Facebook and cannot predict any changes or rules to Facebook. Coach is not liable for the Group being made available to you or your rights to access Facebook. Additionally, Coach may institute community rules and guidelines for the Group with which you agree to comply.
Forbidden Activities. The Bot Creator agrees not to use Trading Strategies published on the BOTS Platform to trick or manipulate the market for personal gain or at the request of third parties.
Forbidden Activities. Rails to Trails LGC shall not be permitted to make any changes or cause any harm to the Property, including, without limitation, clearing any foliage or disturbing any soil, both of which are specifically prohibited unless previously approved in writing by the Owner. Additionally, Rails to Trails LGC shall not be permitted to make any improvements on the Property.
Forbidden Activities. Without derogating from anything in this XXXX and applicable law (including the Israeli Computers Law, 1995), the following actions are forbidden with respect to Pepper: (i) attempt any kind of interference, harm, damage, overburden or disruption to the Site, Pepper and/or the server on which the Site is stored or any other server, computer or database connected to the Site and/or Pepper; (ii) gain unauthorized access to the Site and/or Pepper; (iii) attack the Site and/or Pepper and/or anyone else in any manner, including without limitations by a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack; (iv) perform or attempt any reverse engineering activities of Pepper; (v) any activity that intends to record, learn or copy the activity of Pepper; (iv) perform any activity (including providing any file, URL or code) intended to send malicious information of any kind from Pepper to the Company, any user, any third party and/or any server; or (iv) any other misuse of Pepper‘s Services and/or manipulation and/or alteration and/or interference with Pepper’s Services, for any purpose.
Forbidden Activities. During my stay in France, I will not under any circum stances:
1. Accept any form of paid employment other than for my duties as an Au Pair with my host family from whom I will receive a weekly pocket money according to my contract with the host family
2. Ask to borrow money from my host family or ac cept any offer from them to lend money to me.
3. Use illegal drugs or engage in the excessive use of alcohol during my stay.
Forbidden Activities. The following activities are explicitly forbidden: • Bouncy castles and other inflatables, fly walls, bungee equipment, trampolines or any similar activity equipment. • Bonfires and fireworks. • Organised contact sports (including martial arts) activities without appropriate insurance provided by the Hirer.

The use, sale, possession, cultivation, manufacture, distribution or marketing of any controlled substances or other contraband, including marijuana (whether for commercial, medical, or personal purposes). Forbidden Activities. Borrowers shall not use or occupy any Subject Property, or permit the use or occupancy of any Subject Property, for any Forbidden Activities. Each lease, license, sublease or other agreement for use, occupancy or possession by a third party of any Subject Property (each a "lease") shall not permit the use or occupancy of any Subject Property for any Forbidden Activities. If a Borrower becomes aware that any Subject Property is being used or occupied for any Forbidden Activities, Borrowers shall, subject to the terms of the applicable lease, terminate the applicable lease and take all commercially reasonable actions to discontinue such activities.
Forbidden Activities. Children may not participate in any group exercise activity and are not permitted in PowerPlay, Pulse, Studio 1, Revolve, the sauna or steam room.
