Common use of Force and Validity Clause in Contracts

Force and Validity. This DPA enters into force when signed by both Parties. The DPA remains in force for as long as (i) the Agreement remains in force, or (ii) the Parties have obligations towards each other based on the Agreement. The obligations, which due to their nature are intended to remain in force regardless of the expiry of this DPA remains in force after the expiry of this DPA.
