Force Majeure and Normal Operational Disruption. For the avoidance of doubt, in respect of the Contractor: (a) a Normal Operational Disruption shall not constitute an event of Force Majeure; and (b) an event of Force Majeure shall not constitute a Normal Operational Disruption.
