Forecast Changes. During the course of the Year to which the Contract Capacity Forecast and Contract Energy Forecast provided to Buyer in accordance with Sections 5.2.1 and 5.2.2 are applicable, Seller shall notify Buyer of any changes to either such forecast no later than sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of such a change, or as soon as reasonably practicable.
