Common use of Forecasted Production Clause in Contracts

Forecasted Production. In the event that the Borrower or any Subsidiary enters into any commodity Hedging Arrangement based upon Forecasted Production rather than upon Proven Reserves to the extent permitted by Section 6.15 hereof, prior to the Borrower or any Subsidiary thereof entering into such commodity Hedging Arrangement, a report certified by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent prepared by the Borrower covering the Forecasted Production for reserves then owned by the Credit Parties, for the period to be hedged (which shall not exceed five years).
