FORECASTING EVOLUTION. 8.5.1 The Parties may agree to modify the procedures in this paragraph 8 if and when additional Traffic Routes and/or Traffic Streams are identified or if presently planned Traffic Routes are subdivided. 8.5.2 The forecasting procedures shall be reviewed at the Technical Review Meeting to discuss routing and forecasting matters and to agree changes and appropriate timings for their implementation.
