Common use of Forecasting Reports Clause in Contracts

Forecasting Reports. 6.5 Within the period of 10 Business Days following the last day of each calendar month, the Service Provider will submit to the LFC a Forecasting Report for the period commencing on the first day of the following month in the manner and form prescribed by the LFC from time to time (a sample is available on the LFC website), provided that any changes to the manner and form are no more onerous for the Service Provider (acting reasonably) than existed prior to such change.
