Common use of Forecasts by IQE plc Clause in Contracts

Forecasts by IQE plc. Commencing on the Effective Date of this Agreement and on a monthly basis thereafter, IQE plc and each Ordering Entity shall prepare and issue to XXX rolling ninety (90) day forecasts of its requirements for Products using the then current agreed upon format (each, a “Forecast”). Each such Forecast shall specify the specific Inventory facility for shipment.
