Foreclosure Event a Permitted Transfer. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement to the contrary, any Foreclosure Event shall be deemed to be a permitted transfer to the extent, and only to the extent, the requirements set forth in this Agreement with respect to a transfer of Company’s interest herein have been satisfied.
