Foreclosures. If Agent is made aware of any foreclosure proceedings, Agent will notify tenant immediately. In the event of a monetary loss to Tenant, Tenant understands that their sole recourse is with the Owner of the rental property. Tenant agrees agent is not responsible for funds lost due to transfer of property ownership.
