Common use of Foreign and security policy Clause in Contracts

Foreign and security policy. The Parties shall intensify their dialogue and cooperation in the area of foreign and security policy and shall address, in particular, issues of conflict prevention and crisis management, regional stability, non-proliferation, disarmament and arms control, nuclear security and export control of arms and dual-use goods. Cooperation shall be based on common values and mutual interests, aiming to increase effectiveness and rapprochement of policy and to make use of bilateral, regional and international fora. The Parties reaffirm their commitment to the principles of respect for territorial integrity, inviolability of borders, sovereignty and independence, as established in the UN Charter and the OSCE Helsinki Final Act, and their commitment to promote those principles in their bilateral and multilateral relations.
