Common use of Foreign Asset Control Compliance Clause in Contracts

Foreign Asset Control Compliance. Contractor represents and warrants as follows at all times during the term of this Agreement: (1) it is not, and it does not act on behalf of any other person that is, named on the “List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons” maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”); (2) it is not, and it does not act on behalf of any other person that is, the subject of any other sanctions programs administered by OFAC; (3) it is in material compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
