Common use of Foreign Asset Control Regulations Clause in Contracts

Foreign Asset Control Regulations. (1) The performance by Borrower of its obligations pursuant to this Credit Agreement (including its application of the proceeds of any advances made hereunder) will not violate the Trading with the Enemy Act (as amended) or any of the foreign assets control regulations of the United States Treasury Department (31 CFR, Subtitle B, Chapter V, as amended) or any enabling legislation or executive order relating thereto.
