Foreign Asset Control Regulations. Neither the execution of this Agreement nor the use of the proceeds thereof violates the Trading With the Enemy Act of 1917, as amended, nor any of the Foreign Assets Control Regulations promulgated thereunder or under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act or the U.N. Participation Act of 1945.
