Common use of Foreign Borrowings Clause in Contracts

Foreign Borrowings. Each Lender may, at its option, make any Loan available to any Borrower that is a Foreign Subsidiary of Parent by causing any foreign or domestic branch or Affiliate of such Lender to make such Loan; provided that any exercise of such option shall not affect the obligation of such Borrower to repay such Loan in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
