Foreign Cash Repatriation. The Bankruptcy Court shall not have entered any order that would prohibit or materially impair the ability of the Borrower to repatriate cash from its foreign subsidiaries as contemplated under Schedule I to Exhibit A attached hereto.
Foreign Cash Repatriation. As promptly as practicable, and in no event later than December 31, 2005, furnish to the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and each Lender evidence, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, that the Foreign Cash Repatriation has occurred.
