Common use of Foreign Contractor Clause in Contracts

Foreign Contractor. If Architect is not domiciled in or registered to do business in the State of Oregon, Architect shall promptly provide to the Oregon Department of Revenue and the Secretary of State Corporation Division all information required by those agencies relative to this Agreement. Architect shall demonstrate its legal capacity to perform the Services under this Agreement in the State of Oregon prior to entering into this Agreement.
