Foreign Contractor. If the amount of compensation under the Agreement exceeds ten thousand dollars ($10,000), and if Contractor is not domiciled in or registered to do business in the State of Oregon, Contractor shall promptly provide to the Oregon Department of Revenue all information required by that Department relative to the Agreement. The State shall be entitled to withhold final payment under the Agreement until Contractor has met this requirement.
