Common use of Foreign Corruption Compliance Clause in Contracts

Foreign Corruption Compliance. In performing its obligations under this Agreement, or other Transaction Agreement (if any), Licensee will, and will cause its Affiliates to, comply with all Applicable Law, including any applicable anti-corruption or anti-bribery laws or regulations, of any Governmental Authority with jurisdiction over the activities performed by Licensee or its Affiliates in furtherance of such obligations.
